Full planning is a twelve-to-fifteen-month engagement. We're on it from the moment you book, venue tours, vendor calls, budget tracking, design meetings, hotel blocks, guest logistics and family travel. Because ZEO houses decor, entertainment, photo, catering and zaffa under the same roof, full planning couples get a level of coordination outside planners can't reach.

Discovery

Design
Working with Lux Designs on the room, ZEO Entertainment on the mood, Malak's Kitchen on the menu, one shared design language.
Vendor Curation
Every vendor vetted, contracts read, deposits tracked. You approve; we book.
Logistics
Timelines, transportation, hotel blocks, welcome bags, family travel, the parts nobody warns you about.
The Day
Full ZEO team on site, coordinator, lead planner, and every department already working off the same run-of-show.
