Day-of is a misnomer. We start six weeks out, reviewing your timeline, confirming every vendor, walking your venue, and running the rehearsal. On the day, a lead and assistant coordinator run load-in, cue the ceremony, run the reception, distribute vendor payments and send you off. You do not carry a clipboard. You do not answer a phone.
