What we collect
We collect the details you share through our forms. That includes your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or location, guest count, budget range, the services you are interested in, and any notes, references or files you upload. If you fill out our package estimator, we also store your selections and estimated investment range.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and coordinate your event. We manage inquiries, proposals and booking details through HoneyBook, our booking platform. Your information is only used to serve you and run our business.
Email and text messages
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by email, phone or text. We only send promotional messages if you opt in. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the tools that run our business, like HoneyBook, and only to serve you. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for marketing.
Your choices
You can email aj@zeoevents.com anytime to ask what information we have, to update it, or to request that we delete it. We will honor your request as quickly as we can, usually within a few business days.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as we need it to plan your event, follow up with you, or meet legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect it, including secure access to our booking platform and limited access within our team.
