Dabke troupe hero: dancers leading guests in a line under warm uplighting
Part of ZEO Events
Dabke

The line that pulls the whole room in.

On the troupe

Trained dancers, traditional dress, in the crowd.

Our dabke troupe isn't a stage act, they're on the floor with your guests, teaching hands and pulling grandmothers into the line. In traditional dress, timed to the drums, moving with the DJ. We scale from a two-couple team for an intimate procession up to a full six-dancer troupe for a ballroom sahra.

Three styles

From the classic to the blended.

Al Sha'rawiya

The classic six-count line dance every Arab wedding grew up on, high-energy, foot-stomping, easy for guests to jump into.

Al Karaadi

A slower, more grounded style that opens the sahra, great for parents and elders to lead.

Blended Set

Arabic dabke woven with Afghan attan or Persian bandari lines for mixed-culture weddings.
