The story

How the day came together.

Layla's family is Lebanese, Sam's is Palestinian, and the guest list ran across three generations from both sides. They wanted a ceremony that felt classic and a zaffa that felt like home.

We opened with a four-drum walk down the hallway, then swelled to six drummers, a saxophonist and a dabke line as the ballroom doors opened. The ceremony sat on a raised stage under a red rose arch; the reception carried the same palette in taller, quieter arrangements so the room could breathe.

Photo and video shadowed the couple from the getting-ready suite through the send-off — one team, one call sheet.
